Rating: In all our FIDE rated events, we will utilize FIDE's latest standard, rapid, or blitz rating lists. ECF ratings will not be taken into account.
Refund Policy: For our monthly regular events, if a player misses the event, there will be no refund of the entry fee. However, we offer a FREE transfer to the next congress as an alternative. If a player still wishes to request a refund of the fee, please note that an administrative charge of £10 will be deducted from any refund.
Prize Distribution: The organizers retain the right to determine the distribution of the prize money, and there is no obligation to provide a public explanation for these decisions.
